Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Acaia scale or accessory in its original retail box, ensuring all cables, calibration weights, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Acaia

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
